RESUME

Before Smiling Lions, I was Head of Alexa Trust Innovation and Integrated Brand Programs at Amazon, where I guided teams in the development of narratives and strategies designed to build customer trust of the Alexa personified AI program. Prior to this I led the North America Xbox communications teams for Edelman and the Global Brand team for Starbucks where I developed content delivery platforms and social influence marketing programs.

Prior to joining Starbucks, I worked with WPP and Publicis agencies as a strategic innovation partner working with pioneering brands in the launch of cross-channel marketing efforts as well as new product and service design and introductions. Along the way I have been fortunate to win numerous industry awards including Cannes Gold Lions and Effie’s. I serve on the boards of Seattle Opera and Seattle Interactive Conference and have been invited to speak on digital culture topics at events including SXSW and Ad Week.
